“Assume it takes 100 points of light to be a Star. Also, assume that each of my four essential elements for Stardom: Talent, Rage, Team, and Luck were valued at a total of 25 points. Therefore, if you have 100 percent of each element, your points of light will total 100. Few people are blessed with 100 points. So, let’s assume it takes a minimum of 80 points to be a Star in your chosen field. Each point you add to that intensifies your level of Stardom. Superstar status starts at 90 points. Every individual is different. Varying combinations of each of the four Star elements lights each Star. What combination do you have? Let’s take 15 successful people and attempt to estimate their Star Power. Study the chart carefully and see if you agree.”
